Rwanda Visit – Day 1

20190224_155258Kae Neufeld, member of the YEGO Canada Support Team, and her daughter Carolyn arrive in Kigali safely after more than 30 hours in transit. They’re delighted to find +25C temperatures, versus -25C back in Canada. Seen here enjoying an afternoon with the YEGO dancers, Kae says, “Seeing the community of youth enjoying each other is rewarding.”

Kae will be leading two healing retreats for women while in Rwanda. She’ll also be helping with leadership development. Carolyn is a curriculum specialist and will be helping to set up YEGO’s new computer-assisted learning program.
